I was just browsing around the site i really, really liked the way it looks. The design feels modern without trying too hard, and moving through the pages was easy, easy to follow. Everything looks clean and simple, but still polished. Nice job overall, it just feels good to use.

"Shipping was way quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Icons of Manhattan and figured it would probably take a bit, so I wasn't really expecting anything fast
Then the package showed up in just a few days, which surprised me, and the tracking updated normally the whole time so I never felt like I was in the dark
Overall I’m happy with the experience, fast shipping really does make a difference and I’d definitely order again

"The site was easy enough to get around..."
The site was easy enough to get around, and the pages loaded fine for me. I found what I needed without having to click around too much, which I appreciated. A few parts felt a little cramped on my phone, but nothing too frustrating. Overall it worked well — though I’ll admit I’m always a bit skeptical about customer service, so I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with them

"Still holding up great"
Had mine for a few months now. Use it almost every day. Toss it in my bag, carry it around, all that. Still looks pretty much new. No loose parts. No weird fading. feels tougher than I expected. Really happy with it.

"Bad first impression with the sizing"
I ordered from Icons of Manhattan, the first impression wasn’t great. The item looked nice when it arrived, but as soon as I tried it on, the fit felt off. I went with my usual size, but it was tighter in the shoulders than I expected, which was annoying.
It’s not so bad that I can’t wear it, but I definitely wouldn’t say it fits comfortably. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, but the size guide could be a lot clearer. If I order again, I’d probably size up.

"Really nice craftsmanship, though a little pricey"
I’m happy with this piece overall. It feels well made, and the edges are clean, which I really appreciate. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, which felt avoidable, but the craftsmanship itself is genuinely really good. A little pricey, but you can tell care went into it.

"Everything showed up right"
I ordered two prints and they both came exactly how I picked them out on the site, which is always a relief. The sizes were right, and there wasn’t any mix-up with the designs or anything. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but not a huge deal. I ended up forgetting about it for a bit anyway because I was repainting a shelf at home, so when they arrived it was kind of a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

"Leather actually feels like leather"
I got a jacket from Icons of Manhattan and, the leather feels real, not like that cheap plasticky kind you sometimes get. The tags and finishing looked clean too, at least from what I could tell. I was a little unsure at first because of the whole thing before, but after checking it out and wearing it a bit, I’m happy with it.

My print arrived right on time, just like they said it would. I’m usually the first to blame the delivery guy or the company when something runs late, but there was nothing to complain about here.

"Decent , but not the comfiest"
They felt good when I first put them on , and the fit seemed fine . After wearing them for a few hours though , they started to feel a little stiff . Not awful by any means , just not quite as comfortable as I was expecting for the price .

"Customer service was honestly super helpful"
I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed them thinking I’d probably have to wait forever or get some generic reply. But they actually got back to me quickly. The person I talked to was really nice and took the time to explain what was going on, which I appreciated. They sorted everything out without making it a big hassle, and it definitely made the whole situation way less stressful. I’d order from them again.

"Packaging was fine, honestly"
It showed up safely, so that’s what matters, I guess. The box looked decent overall, with just a small dent on the outside, but the item itself was totally fine. So yeah, no big deal.
